Outreach Seminar: Who is Jesus?

Content: Who is Jesus? is designed as an outreach tool for the local church. Rather than training believers, this seminar is designed to reach those outside the church. It answers the question that Jesus asked of His disciples: "Who do you say that I am?" Starting with this question and using the three step apologetic, Who is Jesus? presents the case that Jesus is the Christ. This seminar is designed to reach a generation impacted by relativism.

Format: Who is Jesus? consists of either a one session seminar (50-60 minutes) or as a three-session seminar (50 minutes each).

Basic Seminar I: Answers 101

Content: Answers 101 is designed for those who have little or no exposure to apologetics. Working as a broad overview, Session I introduces the need for doing apologetics. Session II introduces the Three Step apologetic method, which provides an unshakable foundation for building a proper worldview. Sessions III & IV cover a particular area of apologetic interest, such as science, history, culture, ethics, etc. Attendees will have their faith strengthened while gaining a basic understanding for the need and nature of Christian apologetics. Answers 101 is introductory and can be followed by one of the advanced seminars.

Format: Answers 101 consists of four 45-50 minute sessions. This seminar can be conducted in one-day or two-day sessions .

Basic Seminar II: A Christian Apologetic

Content: A Christian Apologetic is designed as a stand alone seminar that equips believers to confidently share their faith. This seminar presents an outstanding method of reasoning for the validity of the Gospel and the reliability of the Bible. Attendees will be trained in a three step Christian apologetic and will gain the confidence they need to face a post-Christian culture with its numerous questions and objections. Session I covers the need for a Christian apologetic, Session II covers the reality and nature of truth, Session III covers the existence and power of God, and Session IV covers the evidence for the resurrection and the validity of the Scriptures.

Format: This seminar consists of four 50-minute sessions.

Basic Seminar III: Issues in Apologetics

Content: Issuses in Apologetics is designed to fill the gaps that may exist in a believer's knowledge or understanding of apologetic issues. Topically driven, this seminar offers presentations on the various apologetic issues that confront the Church today and can be taylored made to suit the needs of the participants. Confronted with cults in your area? Situated near a secular university teaching evolution and pluralistic philosophies? This seminar can equip you to be effective at confronting these and other non-Christian worldviews.

Format: Four 45-50 minute sessions.

Advanced Seminar I: The Three Step Method of Apologetics

Content: AS-I is an in-depth look at the three step apologetic. This seminar is designed to broaden a believer's understanding of the nature and validity of Christian evidences. It provides a framework for organizing arguments and evidences that support the Christian worldview and it equips the believer to meet the challenges to evangelists presented by our Post-modern culture.

Format: AS-I is a two-day seminar of eight 50-minute sessions.

Advanced Seminar II. Topics in Apologetics

Content: Similar to Basic Seminar III, this seminar is designed for those who are ready to take an in-depth look at apologetic issues such as the existence of God, evolution, cults, world religions, legislating morality, etc.

Format: AS-II is a two-day conference level seminar that includes breakout sessions and multiple speakers.

Advanced Seminar III: The Meaning of Life

Content: An in-depth study of the meaning of Man and his final destiny as the object of God's mercy and justice. The Meaning of Life looks at the purpose and destiny of man through the lens of God's progressive revelation. Beginning with Genesis and continuing through Revelation, this seminar follows God's unfolding plan for man and draws on history, philosophy, art, culture, science, mythology, and other disciplines to demonstrate that man was designed for one purpose: to find fulfillment in the knowledge of God.

Format: AS-III is designed as a four-day or four-night seminar with two 90-minute sessions each day/night
